Money I spent: $0!
Money I avoided spending: I was going to pay for parking at the volleyball tournament but since they said the lot was full, we didn’t have to pay, and the lot wasn’t even full! Free parking. Ed paid for entry to the tournament and for our dinner at Blaze Pizza.
Extra money I found or made: Sold on eBay: an old paint-by-number kit, bought for $4, sold for $45. A watercolor print of a rowboat, bought for $1, sold for $15. A pair of vintage lady’s sunglasses, bought for 50c, sold for $15.
Use-it-Up Challenge: I really want to go buy some artichokes for dinner, but am determined that we will use up our cabbage, cauliflower, and mushrooms first! Artichokes are about $2.99 each here right now, so it’s a financial commitment. 😀
Thoughts: Was happy to be on a diet at the volleyball tournament so the weak-ass concession stand couldn’t tempt me at all! $ saved there.
Fiscal Fasters 
Money I spent: $80.49. $30 on volleyball tournament entry fees, $50.49 on dinner.
Money I avoided spending: Brought our own keto snacks and water, so no $$ spent on concessions.
Thoughts: FF isn’t going great for me so far this month. Five days in and I’ve spent money every day. Hopefully next week will be better.
