Use It Up Challenge: we have been having eggs and toast a lot lately so have to buy eggs and bread.
Sugar I Ate: a little individual apple pie we had in freezer
Sugar I Avoided: sending Dad to Triangle for pistachio ice cream, my absolute favorite at the moment
Thoughts: Dad had an appointment to have his pace maker checked so went into town but was too early for Costco so will do that next week.
